Poor service, food was OK, but I can get average food anywhere. The bar staff was so buys talking among themselves, I had to stand up and wave my arms after 15 minutes of wanting something. This place was great fun for the kids, and had decent food. Nothing exceptional, but you probably won't be going for the food anyways.

The worker at the trampoline was super friendly and sweet and I did see another male worker around other areas and he helped point my older son to the way to get to one particular slide he wanted to go down. Those were the only 2 employees I noticed in the play area.

This place is great my kids could stay for hours but I can't. We did stay two hours just to get our money's worth. I had to pay to just sit there and watch. I guess they have take money somehow. Will we go back yes probably as there is not much to do around here.

It would be nice if they had coupons or a discounted rate every once in awhile. Especially when you multiple kids. Even a multiple kid discount. Great place to play though! Glad that we decided to try this play place out. It's huge! Definitely worth the admission. First off the lady who checked us in was absolutely fantastic.

We also had grandparents with us who were free if I remember correctly. You get a all day pass, you can come and go which is nice if one parent needs to shop. The place is quite big and both the children had a blast. Good Job guys! We're from out of state, and stopped at the mall specifically to give our kids a place to play indoors. Tons of areas to climb, bounce, slide, and explore in this place. There was a lot of staff around the place to monitor the kids.

Bathrooms are located in the very back, and snack area in the front. Adults and kids have to pay to enter, even if adults are sitting and waiting. It's a bit pricey, but worth a couple of hours at least once. I really enjoyed this place when we went. I like the fact that parents can go in with their kids and play. However, its so expensive. You pay per person, adults and children. Adults should be allowed to go in for free, or cheaper. Can get so expensive when you have multiple kids. I only brought my 4 year old who loved it, but if I had anymore kids with me there is no way we would have gone.
